The NBO Film Festival is a non-profit organization devoted to celebrating African and African Diaspora cultures and people through a yearly film festival, film club, industry events and pedagogical experiences.

We believe that films can change the way that people think. They also make people very happy. Films build society. We believe that a growing and evolving Kenyan society NEEDS films through which it negotiates its shared ethos and collectively determines who it is going to be.
